Romeo Miller recently shared how his latest role in an upcoming film titled ‘We Three Kings’ has contributed to his personal journey of dealing with grief. In a conversation with VIBE, Miller, who is 35 years old, discussed how his involvement in the film helped him cope with the loss of his sister.
Miller expressed his excitement for the film, stating, “We Three Kings is a unique project. I have been involved in many Christmas and holiday films, but this one stands out due to the story it tells. I don’t want to reveal too much, but it unfolds into something truly beautiful. The film addresses the theme of grief and having lost my younger sister about two and half years ago, it provided me with a path to healing. I’m looking forward to the audience’s response as everyone has a unique way of dealing with grief.”

The film, which is scheduled to premiere on the network on Nov. 30, is executive produced by Bebe King. He also appears in the film alongside his niece, Deborah Joy Winans. The film’s narrative revolves around a father attempting to reconnect with his estranged daughters during the holiday season through the power of music, memories, and familial love.
Miller further elaborated, “As the story progresses, the other characters in the film also navigate their own battles. The audience might see a glimpse of their own life in each of these characters. Watching this movie is akin to attending a therapy session. I gained a lot of insight while shooting for the film. I believe that the audience will not only be entertained but also learn something from this film when they watch it on Lifetime.”

Bebe Winans also shared his thoughts on the film, stating, “I portray the role of a proud father who is delighted with his daughters’ achievements…the father who brings his daughters together. He added, “I believe that this film is something that the whole family can enjoy together. They can cry together, laugh together, and learn together while having a good time.”
