Interestingly, Angelina finds more joy in motherhood now that her children are older, stating, “Some people may prefer the baby stage, but I love this stage.”

The role required Angelina to not only learn to sing like Maria but also to emotionally navigate some intense scenes. However, it seems her difficult days on set were made easier by the support of her sons.
“My boys were there,” she told Extra TV on the red carpet, likely referring to Maddox and Pax, who were assistant directors on Maria. “I was fortunate that during my intense, emotional scenes, they would come and give me a tea and a hug.”
When her children were younger, Angelina, who was raised by actor parents, was somewhat hesitant about them pursuing Hollywood careers, stating in 2014 that she would “prefer they do something else.”
However, as the children have grown, Angelina is embracing their natural affinity for the arts, telling the Hollywood Reporter in August that her family has entered a new work era.
