Joining Ward is a diverse group of comedy talent from Australia and New Zealand. The ensemble cast includes Edith Poor (“The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”), Steen Raskopoulos (“The Duchess”), Shari Sebbens (“The Sapphires”), Josh Thomson (“How to Please a Woman”), Jonny Brugh (“Thor: Love and Thunder”), Susan Ling Young (“Reckoning”, “Hungry Ghosts”), Raj Labade (“Appetite”), Lucy Schmidt (“The Pledge”), Zoe Terakes (“Talk to Me”), Pallavi Sharda (“The Twelve”) and Claude Jabbour (“Last King of the Cross”). Additionally, Susie Youssef (“Deadloch”), Justin Rosniiak (“Mr Inbetween”), Carlo Ritchie (“Mikki vs the World”), Rick Donald (“Population 11”) and Chris Bunton (“Relic”) will be featured in guest roles.

In the Australian adaptation of “The Office,” Hannah Howard receives news from the head office that her branch will be closed, forcing all employees to work remotely. This prompts her to enter survival mode, making unfulfillable promises to keep her “work family” intact. The staff of Flinley Craddick play along and tolerate Howard’s eccentric schemes as they strive to meet the unattainable goals set for them.

The Amazon Original series is a collaborative production of BBC Studios Australia & New Zealand, Bunya Entertainment, and Amazon MGM Studios, based on the BBC Studios format. Writers Julie De Fina (“Aftertaste”) and Jackie van Beek (“The Breaker Upperers,” “Nude Tuesday”) developed “The Office” for Australia and also serve as executive producers. Kylie Washington (“Return to Paradise”) is the executive producer, with Sophia Zachariou (“Ladies in Black,” “The Moth Effect”) as the lead producer and Linda Micsko (“The Letdown,” “Laid”) as the producer. Van Beek also works as the set-up director, with directors Christiaan Van Vuuren (“Bondi Hipsters,” “A Sunburnt Christmas”) and Jesse Griffin (“Educators”), who also writes for the series.
