After serving three months in jail, Chrisean Rock seems to be ready for a fresh start. On September 11, she disclosed a slight modification to her 1-year-old son’s name.
“Chrisean Jesus Porter is his name, it isn’t Jr anymore, just wanted to inform you all, thanks,” she shared on X, previously known as Twitter, without elaborating further.
This adjustment could indicate that Chrisean and Blueface’s tumultuous relationship is once again strained. Last month, Blueface, who is currently incarcerated, mentioned their status in a phone call from jail, stating that they have been communicating on three-way calls with no apparent issues.
“Hopefully, when she is released, she will bring [our son] up here or something,” the “Thotiana” rapper expressed.
Chrisean Rock Celebrates Release From Jail
Chrisean Rock spent the last three months behind bars in California and Oklahoma due to recent legal troubles before being released last week. Initially arrested in June during a Blueface court hearing in San Fernando Valley, California, she was sentenced to 30 days in jail for charges related to an alleged assault on a backup dancer at Tamar Braxton’s Love and War 10th Anniversary show in Los Angeles in November 2023.
Subsequently, Chrisean was extradited to Oklahoma to face charges from a 2022 arrest, where she was accused of failing to affix a tax stamp on controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and possessing CDS with the intent to distribute. If convicted, she could face up to eight years in prison for the Oklahoma drug charges.
