Jamie xx World Tour Supporting ‘In Waves’ Album
Jamie xx has announced a new world tour in support of his latest album, ‘In Waves’.
World Tour Details
The tour kicks off today (October 2) in Mexico City and will continue through March 2025, spanning South America, North America, Asia, and Australia before concluding in Europe.
Sharing the news on Instagram, the London-born artist expressed his excitement: “Last week the In Waves Tour started in London and I’m about to take it on the road, all around the world. This is gunna be funnn!”
Album Release and Collaborations
‘In Waves’ is Jamie’s first solo album since his acclaimed debut ‘In Colour’ in 2015. To celebrate the album’s release, Jamie recently performed two shows at London’s Alexandra Palace.
The album features collaborations with artists like Honey Dijon on ‘Baddy On The Floor’ and a reunion with his The xx bandmates on ‘Waited All Night’.

Artist presale tickets for the tour go on sale at 10:00 AM local time on October 3 in Europe and the US, and at 12:00 PM local time across Asia. General sale tickets will be available on October 4 at the same times.

Jamie xx reflected on the album’s release, sharing, “It’s been a while… and a lot has happened in that time. Ups and downs, growing up, figuring stuff out and then forgetting it all many times over. Life-changing events and world-changing events. These waves that we have all experienced together and alone.” He aimed to create something fun, joyful, and introspective with the album.
