“Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” is ready to be launched digitally on July 9, 2024, with a 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray launch following on August 27, 2024. Directed by Wes Ball, the movie takes place in a future the place apes are the dominant species and people dwell in the shadows. The story follows a younger ape on a journey that challenges his beliefs and forces him to make selections that may form the future for each apes and people. The screenplay is written by Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Patrick Aison, with a star-studded forged together with Owen Teague, Freya Allan, Kevin Durand, Peter Macon, and William H. Macy. Executive producers embody Peter Chernin and Jenno Topping.
