Ready for the Unexpected Collaboration?
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is surprising everyone by testing out his vocal skills alongside T-Pain for a cover of Lil’ Jon’s “Get Low,” released under the name Z-Pain.
Zuckerberg’s Musical Transformation
Zuckerberg takes Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz’s 2002 crunk classic and transforms it into a tender acoustic ballad. Singing lyrics like “To the windows, to the walls / ‘Til the sweat drop down my balls,” it’s a unique take on the original party anthem.
A Tribute to Love
In an Instagram post, Zuckerberg revealed that he recorded the track as a tribute to his wife on their anniversary. The song “Get Low” holds a special place for the couple, as it was playing when they first met at a college party. Each year, they listen to it to celebrate their dating anniversary. This year, he collaborated with @tpain to create their own version of the song, now available on Spotify.
“Z-Pain has arrived 🔥 Get Low by @zuck and me out now 🎶,” T-Pain shared on his Instagram.
An Unlikely Friendship
Zuckerberg and T-Pain hinted at the collaboration through IG stories, showing a glimpse of them in the studio. Their friendship has grown over the years, with Zuckerberg appearing in T-Pain’s livestreams in 2021. In July, T-Pain gifted him a Nappy Boy Meta chain as a token of their friendship.
