A photo from the court session captured NBA YoungBoy in an orange jail jumpsuit, with noticeably longer hair compared to his previous court appearances. His mustache has also grown considerably, while he maintains a goatee but is otherwise clean-shaven.
NBA YoungBoy’s Court Appearance
During the court hearing, NBA YoungBoy pleaded guilty to 10 counts related to his involvement in a prescription fraud ring. He was given a suspended sentence and a $25,000 fine. However, he has agreed to serve 27 months in prison and 60 months on probation in a separate case in a nearby county.
YoungBoy was arrested at his home in Huntsville, Utah in April on charges of running a prescription fraud ring in Weber County, Utah and Cache County, Utah. He has been in jail without bond since then.
Logan District Judge Spencer Walsh addressed YoungBoy during the hearing, emphasizing the importance of not wasting his potential due to addiction struggles. Judge Walsh expressed his hope for YoungBoy to have a successful future post his prison time and probation, encouraging him to reach his full potential in all aspects of life.
