Peso Pluma was originally scheduled to perform at Tampa’s Amalie Arena on Oct. 16 and at Miami’s Kaseya Center on Oct. 17. Ticketmaster will automatically refund tickets purchased for these shows. The statement did not disclose the specific organizations Peso donated to or the amount of his donation.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected, and we hope for a speedy recovery,” the statement continued.

With the cancellation of the Tampa and Miami shows, Peso’s Éxodo tour will now conclude on Sunday in Greensboro, North Carolina. The tour spanned nearly four months, with performances across the United States and Mexico, including two shows at Mexico City’s Palacio de Los Deportes.

Peso Pluma is renowned for featuring top artists on his Éxodo tour. Throughout the tour, he welcomed guests from various genres such as Ice Spice, Eladio Carrión, Saweetie, Becky G, Ty Dolla Sign, El Alfa, Sexyy Red, Don Toliver, and 50 Cent.

Peso’s donation pledge comes shortly after Taylor Swift donated $5 million to Feeding America to aid those affected by the hurricanes.

As of now, at least 16 individuals have lost their lives due to Hurricane Milton, a Category 3 storm that struck Florida on Wednesday. Hurricane Helene claimed the lives of over 225 people last month. The aftermath has left more than 3 million individuals without power in Western Florida, according to The Associated Press.
