His extraordinary philanthropic activities and commitment to using his outstanding talents to support those dealing with severe health challenges were acknowledged during the event. Particularly noted was his provision of unique, hands-on experiences with Marvel props for young people facing severe health obstacles.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was bestowed on Property Master, Emily Ferry, a pioneer as the first female to hold this role in the industries of film and television. With her name associated with over 50 films including “The Right Stuff,” “Addams Family Values,” “Alien: Resurrection,” “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and “Memoirs of a Geisha,” her illustrious career stood recognized.
