Changes to the queueing system:
This year, Glastonbury has implemented changes to its queueing system to ensure fair ticket distribution and prevent system exploitation.
Instead of refreshing the site repeatedly in hopes of accessing the booking section, customers must be on the page a few minutes before the sale commences. Once the sale begins, all users on the page will be randomly assigned a place in the queue.
Those joining the page later will be placed at the back of the queue automatically.
It is crucial to be on the website before the sale begins to secure your place in the queue. Avoid refreshing the page, as it may result in losing your spot.
Under the new system, actions like refreshing the page, using multiple devices, or having multiple tabs open may reduce your chances of obtaining tickets by triggering anti-bot software and potentially getting your IP address blocked.

Booking the tickets:
Each customer can purchase up to six tickets per transaction. You will need the registration number and postcode for each attendee and must enter this information within a 10-minute window before your session expires.
Prior to the ticket sale, ensure easy access to everyone’s registration number and postcode, possibly by utilizing spreadsheets. Once the transaction is completed, details cannot be altered, so accuracy is vital.
Subsequently, enter your payment details and complete the checkout process within the allocated 10 minutes. Avoid switching or closing tabs to prevent losing your tickets.
Have all necessary devices ready to confirm payment security.
And there you have it! Get ready for Glastonbury 2025…
For those unable to secure tickets initially, a resale will take place in the spring, offering returned tickets for sale. Good luck!
