Famous actress, Sophia Bush, recognizable from her roles in “One Tree Hill” and “Chicago P.D.,” is about to trade in her regular outfits for a set of hospital scrubs.
Bush has been cast for a recurring guest spot on the medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy”. She will step into the 21st season of the ABC series as Dr. Cass Beckman, a character depicted as an enjoyable, fun-loving trauma surgeon with a quirky side.
Her character will be introduced on the November 7 episode which marks the sixth episode of the much-anticipated “Grey’s Anatomy” 21st season.
Away from the scene of the fictional Seattle Presbyterian hospital, Bush is also set to revive her personage as Brooke Davis for a Netflix “One Tree Hill” sequel series. She will be sharing executive production roles with Hilarie Burton Morgan, her co-star who is famous for her role as Peyton Sawyer. The pair also jointly hosts the “One Tree Hill” re-watch podcast called “Drama Queens” along with Bethany Joy Lenz.
