In a viral video, Ye acknowledged the crowd’s feelings towards the sneaker brand by raising his middle finger, eliciting a strong reaction from the audience.

“I hope that was okay,” Ye remarked before launching into his next song, “All Falls Down” from his 2004 album, The College Dropout.

It comes as no surprise that Ye holds animosity towards Adidas. The company cut ties with the rapper in October 2022 following a series of anti-Semitic remarks. Since parting ways with Adidas, Ye has accused them of copying his Yeezy footwear designs for their own products.
