Turnover is gearing up to take fans on a nostalgic journey as they bring back their 2015 album, Peripheral Vision, for a special tour across six stops to commemorate the LP’s tenth anniversary. The band’s recent Instagram activity, which included wiping their profile clean and teasing the album’s return with a video featuring the iconic album art and the track “Cutting My Fingers Off,” has sent their followers into a frenzy.
Tour Details
The tour will make its way to major cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, as well as Morrison, Colorado, and the band’s hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Additionally, Turnover will be making a special stop in London, marking their only international show on this tour.
Evolution of Peripheral Vision
When Turnover initially released Peripheral Vision, they aimed to break away from their pop-punk roots that had defined their earlier work, such as their debut LP, Magnolia. The album’s incorporation of shoegaze guitars, atmospheric production, and introspective lyrics seamlessly transitioned the band into the indie-rock realm, quickly becoming a fan favorite.
In the ten years since Peripheral Vision’s debut, Turnover has gone on to release three more albums. Their most recent project, a deluxe version of their 2022 LP Myself in the Way, saw them headlining multiple shows across the U.S. last fall, supported by a lineup of talented artists.
